Newangle worked with Stephen Feber Associates to develop and produce a series of video installations for Kensington Palace, that looked at the life of Princess Diana through those who were directly involved with or affected by her.
The exhibition was divided into four themes; Princess, Humanitarian, Fashion Icon and Mother.
The video projection sequences are edited together using various archives, mainly the BBC, and choreographed across multiple sources, projecting directly onto the surface fabric of Kensington Palace to create an emotional and immersive narrative.
Sometimes the screens worked as ambient projections across the architecture, while others were smaller and more intimate. These screens contained image sequences inter cut with purpose shot interviews with those who had been in close contact with Diana such as Mario Testino, Bruce Oldfield and Elizabeth Emanuel.
